Obstruction to tree removal during road expansion

Problem description

Hello, dear officials! The location in these photos is on Ezgulik Street, Pishqaron MFY. We are carrying out landscaping works with the neighborhood to expand this road. The planted terraces in the 2nd photo are obstructing us. These terraces belong to a person named Rustamjon. This person is preventing the removal of the terraces. I request your practical assistance in removing these terraces to expand the road.
