How it works

  1. Send a photo, voice or text

Take a picture of the problem or describe it by voice for up to 60 seconds.

  2. AI fills in the details

AI detects the type, neighbourhood and responsible organisation and tidies up the text — you review and send.

  3. Track and rate the outcome

You get notified at every stage and rate the result once it is resolved.
