If there is a wedding at the banquet hall, our street will be closed

Problem description

Assalomu alaykum Address: Fergana city, A. Yassaviy street, near "Fayz" wedding hall. Problem: People coming to the "Fayz" wedding hall park their cars on our street, completely blocking the road. There are 4 multi-story buildings inside (3 buildings with 4 floors, 1 building with 7 floors). On wedding days, residents cannot enter or leave, and worst of all, ambulances and fire trucks cannot get through. We told the mahalla chairman and the wedding hall, but it didn't help. We request the GAI (Traffic Police) and the Fergana city administration to eliminate the road blockage and establish order around the wedding hall.
