Problem description

After laying high-voltage electric wires from the back of our multi-story building, they were not completed through the back of the house. The company that performed these works did a sloppy job and left large concrete slabs, excavated from underground, on the surface. These works were carried out during the first week of December, from the 1st to the 5th. The excavated trenches were not fully backfilled and were left in an open state. These wires were pulled to a new 9-story building constructed on the grounds of School No. 42. When we visited the construction office to complain, they promised to fix it on Monday. However, until now, they have not done it, making various excuses. On December 11, we also called and left a request for the head of the MFY, but there was no result. We ask for the above situation to be taken into practical action.
